南瓜小米包

明天預約了2-way center,9點早上.
今晚就先弄個南瓜小米包給你當早餐和午餐.

Ingredients

1 cup Healtheries baking mix
1/2 cup  Purity Banana GF Cereal
1/2 cup pumpkin soup with pumpkin puree
1 tsp egg replacer
Nuttelex margerine
sesame,flaxseed

Method:Preheat oven to 200°C, bake for 10minutes
