功課檢查 (四)

檢查功課: Developmental milestone (4)

這個周五會帶你到醫院,心智科複診.原來好久媽媽都沒有檢查我們的功課了.藉口:之前都忙你腎臟的問題,然後忙你生病的事,然後煩關於送你 去幼兒園的事,然後又有事沒事去多事,...好啦,今午就翻看之前留下的紀錄,然後要先準備關於近半年的發展要報告給心智科醫師.剛剛先email了最新 的IEP.其實這份IEP也不新了,就去年年尾的.

媽媽腦袋有點混沌,前晚遲睡,今早給早起工作的爸爸吵醒,兩天下來,媽媽有睡12 個鐘嗎?那今午幹嘛媽媽又逞強,不睡個午覺,在電腦前弄這個什麼的.活該,不早點弄,等到臨時才抱書,挖記憶,找紀錄,...

1 年5個月前做過的功課檢查,現在再溫習一下下.
當時1歲的檢閱表你做不到的,如今是可以做到了.
Cries when mom or dad leaves 這個算過關了吧!現在有點"over" 了.媽媽就離開你一下下,你哭慘了那種
Hands you a book when he wants to hear a story .這個還沒有看過你做,不過你會拿圖卡給媽媽,(ie.小熊.)然後,有去拿小熊.????這只告訴媽媽你問過媽媽了嗎(permission)?還是..???不過最近你會拿著音樂鍵盤讓媽媽跟你調整你要的音調嗎?(考倒媽媽,媽媽是音痴,怎麼懂你要什麼)
Uses simple gestures, like shaking head “no” or waving “bye-bye” ,還不會搖頭不要.不過你會招手掰掰.
Looks at the right picture or thing when it’s named 還可以吧!
Copies gestures 有一些些, 之前是yummy (好吃), 恭喜 (手勢), sleep (有點怪的姿勢.)
1歲半檢閱表未完成的事項
Likes to hand things to others as play 目前是要媽媽跟你玩音樂鍵盤嗎??
Plays simple pretend, such as feeding a doll 有啦,feeding doll囉!
Points to show others something interesting 這個...
Says several single words ...就"I want" "Open" 含糊的"Please" "Three" "Ten" "Sleep"...
Says and shakes head “no” 這個還不會
Points to show someone what he wants多數我們要你point,你才會point.還是全部手指point 那種
Points to get the attention of others好像沒發生過
Shows interest in a doll or stuffed animal by pretending to feed之前有看你玩過,現在你都不玩了
Points to one body part .. 就"nose" "tummy"??

兩歲的檢閱表未完成的事項
Copies others, especially adults and older children用媽媽的手提電腦?學媽媽用腳拖椅子? 
Plays mainly beside other children 這個就....
Points to things or pictures when they are named 有時會有時不會
Knows names of familiar people and body parts (a very few)
Says sentences with 2 to 4 words 這個還是不行~
Repeats words overheard in conversation 唉~有,也是模糊到不行那種 
Points to things in a book 有點亂點一番的感覺
Begins to sort shapes and colors 好像可以做到了
Names items in a picture book such as a cat, bird, or dog (目前看到你會labels fruit, juice pictures)
Throws ball overhand 讓你丟球,你都用放的,不然輕輕的...
Makes or copies straight lines and circles之前,你會亂畫,然後會畫不直的直線,還有點(dot)最近都不愛畫了.
CDC: Important milestone at 3 years, 3歲的檢閱表.先貼上來先,你一直吵著媽媽陪你玩trampoline.遲些再回來弄.

Social and Emotional

  • Copies adults and friends (a very few)
  • Shows affection for friends without prompting
  • Takes turns in games
  • Shows concern for crying friend
  • Understands the idea of “mine” and “his” or “hers”
  • Shows a wide range of emotions
  • Separates easily from mom and dad
  • May get upset with major changes in routine
  • Dresses and undresses self

Language/Communication

  • Follows instructions with 2 or 3 steps
  • Can name most familiar things
  • Understands words like “in,” “on,” and “under”
  • Says first name, age, and sex
  • Names a friend
  • Says words like “I,” “me,” “we,” and “you” and some plurals (cars, dogs, cats)
  • Talks well enough for strangers to understand most of the time
  • Carries on a conversation using 2 to 3 sentences

Cognitive (learning, thinking, problem-solving)

  • Can work toys with buttons, levers, and moving parts
  • Plays make-believe with dolls, animals, and people
  • Does puzzles with 3 or 4 pieces
  • Understands what “two” means
  • Copies a circle with pencil or crayon
  • Turns book pages one at a time
  • Builds towers of more than 6 blocks
  • Screws and unscrews jar lids or turns door handle

Movement/Physical Development

  • Climbs well
  • Runs easily
  • Pedals a tricycle (3-wheel bike)
  • Walks up and down stairs, one foot on each step
