南瓜蒸糕

買了南瓜,放了好幾天.昨晚想想不如試著給你做南瓜蒸糕,當你今早的早餐.
用的材料跟上次做蒸糕一樣.只是稍微調了份量,上回healtheries的粉放多了, 有點甜!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Healtheries simple baking mix flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup nuttelex margarine(隔水溶化)
1 cup water
1/4 steamed pumpkins 弄碎
2 teaspoons egg replacer
pinch of salt 
Stir the flour, egg replacer, salt. Add coconut oil, water and sweet potato puree. Then mixed well.
用電飯鍋(steamer)蒸.外鍋的水半杯,蒸完兩次半杯水,熟了!
成品~這次的蒸糕,味道剛剛好,比較軟.最重要不甜!
