今晚給你做了這個Walnut Pumpkin Bread.因為媽媽Boxing Day那天買了pumpkin.你的婆婆又給我們walnut.媽媽就上網找到了這個simply recipes參考.稍微加點點,減些些.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Bob's red mill GF hearty Whole Grain Bread mix
  • 1/2 cup rice flour (為了調低原本包裝份的甜度) 
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup (120 ml) olive oil
  • 3-4 teaspoons egg replacer
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped walnuts

Method

1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Sift together the flours, egg replacer
2 Mix the pumpkin, oil,  1/4 cup of water together, then combine with the dry ingredients, but do not mix too thoroughly. Stir in the nuts.
3 Pour into a well-buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. (媽媽用了家裡一個玻璃的mixing bowl)Bake 50 minutes until a thin skewer poked in the very center of the loaf comes out clean. Turn out of the pan and let cool on a rack.

完成品:
用mixing bowl攪拌,稍微弄平就烘了.結果...
刮出來後就走樣了~
味道還不錯.Bob's red mills 的GF flour的texture,taste都滿不錯的.
媽媽自行調和的材料,還好可以吃.
