那時候媽媽順手弄的蛋糕

...就普通的蛋糕

媽媽順手弄了爸爸媽媽吃的non gluten free Almond cake.婆婆給的almonds放在冰箱好些時候了,該是時候用上,就上網找了最簡單的食譜就試做了這個蛋糕.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup margerine (原版要3/4cup)
1/2 cup sugar(原版要1 1/2cups)
1/4 cup almond slices (原版要3/4cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
材料我都自調,不想太甜太油膩.蛋打發,加糖加鹽攪拌均勻就倒入烤盤,撒上杏仁片.因為烤盤很大,所以蛋糕不是很高.烤180度,20分鐘就好了.




南瓜蛋糕

Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking poweder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
and pinch of salt
stir well the above
1/2 cup margerine (原版要3/4cup)
1/2 cup sugar(原版要1 cup)
1 cup pumpkin
3 eggs
1/4 cup chopped walnut (原版要3/4cup)
Preheat oven 175°C, bake for 20 minutes
