那時候媽媽做Mini Scones

原本打算弄scone,明天帶去intervention center給你當點心吃.
但,傍晚時分媽媽的咳嗽幾乎還不見的好,還是別去了.免得感染大家.
弄好了地瓜,想想不然照樣給你弄scone,想起爸爸買了新的OG all purpose pastry mix & nuttelex margarine,就弄弄看.在OG website的食譜找到這個: http://www.orgran.com/recipes-search/194/
媽媽加加減減做了改變

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Orgran self-raising flour (290g)
1/2 cup  GF brown rice flour
152ml sweet potato soup (adjusted to 100ml)
1 egg (egg replacer)
20g margerine

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C, 10minutes
Lightly grease baking tray.

烘好了的仍待在烤箱的mini scones(免得你看到又要吵著要吃)弄了8個.
媽媽拿了1個出來嚐嚐.
唔~很紮實.味道還好.
