Garlic, 蒜頭

今天媽媽在備晚餐時,腦子閃過這個關於蒜頭的事.

上個星期一吧!媽媽跟Aunt Lilian, Irene, PH and Sheet, 午後小聚餐.然後聊起了蒜頭煮食.Irene跟媽媽分享如何保存蒜頭,還有增強蒜頭酵素作用.她說,把蒜頭切碎,加油,裝罐,可以保存很久,而且酵素成份很高.--大概是這樣.

媽媽有用蒜頭炒菜,煮湯.生吃嗎?感冒的時候吧!弄碎後沖水給你喝.

到底怎麼用最有效呢?

過程就在於Alliin-->Allicin.

然後問題在於即食還是要待食?煮過或生吃?
